Baked Oysters With Anchovy Cream
Ingredients
- Oysters
- parsley
- shallot
- anchovies
- fennel pepper
- bread crumbs
- cream
- lemon
Method
- 1 Detach oysters from shells and place in china shells with their liquor.
- 2 Mix 2 tsp parsley, 2 tsp shallot, 2 tsp anchovy, a little fennel, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, pepper, and cream.
- 3 Top each oyster with the mixture and bake in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
- 4 Squeeze lemon juice over each oyster and serve on a folded napkin.
