Baked Oysters With Anchovy Cream

  • Oysters
  • parsley
  • shallot
  • anchovies
  • fennel pepper
  • bread crumbs
  • cream
  • lemon

Method

  1. 1 Detach oysters from shells and place in china shells with their liquor.
  2. 2 Mix 2 tsp parsley, 2 tsp shallot, 2 tsp anchovy, a little fennel, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, pepper, and cream.
  3. 3 Top each oyster with the mixture and bake in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
  4. 4 Squeeze lemon juice over each oyster and serve on a folded napkin.
