Baked Orange Butter Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 9 egg yolks
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large Seville orange, zested
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- 2 Beat the egg yolks and sugar together until pale and thick.
- 3 Stir in the cooled butter and orange zest until well combined.
- 4 Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
