  • Cold porridge (leftover)
  • Allinson fine wheatmeal
  • Flour (for dusting)
  • Butter (for serving)

Method

  1. 1 Stir fine wheatmeal into leftover cold porridge to form a firm dough.
  2. 2 Grease and flour baking sheets. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
  3. 3 Cut into triangular shapes and bake until brown on both sides.
  4. 4 Serve hot with butter.
