Baked Oatmeal Wheatmeal Bannocks
Ingredients
- Cold porridge (leftover)
- Allinson fine wheatmeal
- Flour (for dusting)
- Butter (for serving)
Method
- 1 Stir fine wheatmeal into leftover cold porridge to form a firm dough.
- 2 Grease and flour baking sheets. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
- 3 Cut into triangular shapes and bake until brown on both sides.
- 4 Serve hot with butter.
