Baked Oatmeal Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 quarts water
- salt
Method
- 1 Stir oatmeal into boiling salted water and boil for 10 minutes.
- 2 Pour mixture into a buttered earthen dish, cover, and bake at 300°F for 2 hours.
- 3 Place dish in a pan of boiling water and bake for 45 minutes.
