Baked Milk And Egg Pudding

- 3 eggs
- Milk
Method
- 1 Beat flour, salt, and eggs well. Gradually add milk, stirring until the batter is smooth and has the consistency of cream.
- 2 Pour the batter into a buttered pie dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
- 3 Alternatively, pour into a buttered and floured basin, cover tightly with a cloth, and boil for 1.5 to 2 hours.
