  • 6 circular rusks
  • Butter, for spreading
  • Jam, for layering
  • 3 egg whites

Method

  1. 1 Butter six circular rusks and spread a layer of jam on each.
  2. 2 Beat the whites of three eggs until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3 Pipe or spoon the egg whites onto the rusks in a pyramid shape.
