  • 6 teaspoons melted butter
  • 2 eggs, whipped light
  • 3/4 cup cream or milk
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. 1 Beat the cold mashed potato and melted butter together until they form a white cream.
  2. 2 Add the whipped eggs and cream (or milk) to the potato mixture, seasoning with salt to taste.
  3. 3 Beat all ingredients well together, then pour the mixture into a deep baking dish.
  4. 4 Bake in a 425°F oven until the top is nicely browned and the puff is light and airy.
