Baked Macaroni With Sausage And Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 ounces macaroni
- good beef gravy
- 4 tablespoons tomato puree
- thin slices of sausage
- grated Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- 1 Half cook the macaroni, then drain it.
- 2 Layer the macaroni in a fireproof dish.
- 3 Add beef gravy, tomato puree, and sausage slices.
- 4 Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and Cheddar cheese.
- 5 Cook for 20 minutes, then brown the top under a salamander or broiler.
