Baked Macaroni Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 oz macaroni
- 2 pints milk
- butter
- sugar
- 2 eggs
- grated nutmeg
Method
- 1 Break macaroni into small pieces and boil for 20 minutes. Drain well.
- 2 Return macaroni to pot with milk, sugar, and a piece of butter. Boil until tender.
- 3 Let mixture cool slightly, then stir in beaten eggs and grated nutmeg.
- 4 Pour into a pie dish and bake for 30 minutes.
