Baked Macaroni Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 oz macaroni
  • 2 pints milk
  • butter
  • sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • grated nutmeg

Method

  1. 1 Break macaroni into small pieces and boil for 20 minutes. Drain well.
  2. 2 Return macaroni to pot with milk, sugar, and a piece of butter. Boil until tender.
  3. 3 Let mixture cool slightly, then stir in beaten eggs and grated nutmeg.
  4. 4 Pour into a pie dish and bake for 30 minutes.
