Baked Macaroni Custard
Ingredients
- 2 oz macaroni
- 1/2 pint milk
- 6 eggs
- sugar to taste
- flavoring to taste
Method
- 1 Boil macaroni in water until tender, then cut into small pieces.
- 2 Place macaroni in a pie dish.
- 3 Beat milk and well-beaten eggs together, adding sugar and flavoring.
- 4 Pour custard over macaroni and bake until set.
- 5 Serve with stewed fruit.
