Baked Macaroni And Meat Casserole
Ingredients
- Cold meat, sliced
- Macaroni
- Stock
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 or 3 tomatoes (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Method
- 1 Boil macaroni in water for 20 minutes, then drain.
- 2 Stew the cooked macaroni in stock until tender.
- 3 Layer macaroni, sliced meat, and seasoning in a greased pie dish, ending with a macaroni layer.
- 4 Top with sliced tomatoes if using, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
