Baked Lobster Tomato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup strained tomato
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper to taste
- Meat of 1 boiled lobster
Method
- 1 Fry the chopped onion in butter until softened.
- 2 Add chicken stock, strained tomato, salt, and red pepper. Season highly.
- 3 Pour the sauce over the lobster meat arranged in a casserole dish.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 15-20 minutes and serve.
