Baked Lobster Tomato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup strained tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper to taste
  • Meat of 1 boiled lobster

Method

  1. 1 Fry the chopped onion in butter until softened.
  2. 2 Add chicken stock, strained tomato, salt, and red pepper. Season highly.
  3. 3 Pour the sauce over the lobster meat arranged in a casserole dish.
  4. 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 15-20 minutes and serve.
