Baked Lobster And Tagliatelle Gratin

Ingredients

  • 8 oz tagliarelle pasta
  • 4 oz lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup mixed grated Parmesan and Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. 1 Boil the tagliarelle pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. 2 Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3 Butter a fireproof baking dish and coat the bottom with half the cheese mixture.
  4. 4 Layer the pasta and lobster in the dish, adding small dots of butter between layers.
  5. 5 Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and browned.
