Baked Lobster And Tagliatelle Gratin
Ingredients
- 8 oz tagliarelle pasta
- 4 oz lobster meat, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup mixed grated Parmesan and Cheddar cheese
Method
- 1 Boil the tagliarelle pasta until al dente, then drain.
- 2 Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
- 3 Butter a fireproof baking dish and coat the bottom with half the cheese mixture.
- 4 Layer the pasta and lobster in the dish, adding small dots of butter between layers.
- 5 Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and browned.
