Baked Lobster And Bread Crumb Casserole
Ingredients
- fine bread-crumbs
- lobster meat
- pepper
- salt
- butter
- milk
Method
- 1 Cover the bottom of a baking dish with fine bread-crumbs.
- 2 Add a layer of lobster and season with pepper and salt.
- 3 Add another layer of crumbs and repeat until the dish is full.
- 4 Top with crumbs and butter, then pour enough milk to moisten.
- 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
