Baked Lime Chicken Thighs

  • 6 ounces chicken thighs (bone-in)
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 orange, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Trim excess fat from chicken thighs.
  2. 2 Combine chicken, oregano, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
