Baked Lime Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 6 ounces chicken thighs (bone-in)
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 orange, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Trim excess fat from chicken thighs.
- 2 Combine chicken, oregano, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
- 3 Place chicken in a baking pan and bake for about 1 hour until cooked through and browned.
- 4 Serve immediately, garnished with orange slices if desired.
