Baked Lentils With Herbs
Ingredients
- 2 cups lentils, soaked overnight
- 2 small onions
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon savory
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 4 cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- fat for dotting
Method
- 1 Boil soaked lentils with onions and herbs until soft.
- 2 Drain the lentils and transfer to a baking dish.
- 3 Season with salt and dot with fat.
- 4 Bake for 30 minutes.
