Baked Lemon Herb Salmon
Ingredients
- 16 ounces salmon or white fish
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons melted margarine
Method
- 1 If using frozen fish, thaw in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Cut fish into 4 pieces and place in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 3 Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, oregano, and thyme in a small bowl.
- 4 Sprinkle the herb mixture and lemon juice evenly over the fish.
- 5 Drizzle melted margarine on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
