Baked Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces salmon or white fish
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons melted margarine

Method

  1. 1 If using frozen fish, thaw in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2 Cut fish into 4 pieces and place in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. 3 Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, oregano, and thyme in a small bowl.
  4. 4 Sprinkle the herb mixture and lemon juice evenly over the fish.
  5. 5 Drizzle melted margarine on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
