  • 1 pint lima beans
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 pound lamb neck, cut into cutlets
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Boiling water

Method

  1. 1 Soak lima beans overnight. Drain, rinse carefully, and parboil briefly.
  2. 2 Place parboiled beans, diced onions, lamb cutlets, and canned tomatoes in a baking dish.
