  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomato pulp
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted fat

Method

  1. 1 Soak kidney beans overnight, then cook until tender and drain.
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix the drained beans with 2 tablespoons fat, chopped onion, tomato pulp, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
