Baked Huckleberry Custard

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 quart milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pint huckleberries

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter and mix with eggs and milk.
  2. 2 Toss huckleberries with flour to coat, then gently fold into the batter.
  3. 3 Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until set.
