Baked Huckleberry Custard
Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1 quart milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pint huckleberries
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter and mix with eggs and milk.
- 2 Toss huckleberries with flour to coat, then gently fold into the batter.
- 3 Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until set.
