Baked Honey Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cups milk
- 1 egg, well-beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Method
- 1 Wash rice thoroughly and cook in water until tender and liquid is absorbed.
- 2 Transfer rice to a baking dish and stir in honey, milk, beaten egg, and nutmeg.
- 3 Bake in a slow oven (300°F) for 30 minutes.
