Baked Honey Nutmeg Custard
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs
Method
- 1 Place milk in a mixing bowl and add honey, nutmeg, and eggs.
- 2 Beat thoroughly to mix.
- 3 Pour mixture into custard cups.
- 4 Place cups in a baking pan containing water.
- 5 Bake in a slow oven (300°F) until firm in the center.
