Baked Honey Nutmeg Custard

Ingredients

• 2 cups milk
• 3/4 cup honey
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2 eggs

Method

1. 1 Place milk in a mixing bowl and add honey, nutmeg, and eggs.
2. 2 Beat thoroughly to mix.
3. 3 Pour mixture into custard cups.
4. 4 Place cups in a baking pan containing water.
5. 5 Bake in a slow oven (300°F) until firm in the center.
