Baked Hamburger Potato Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 3 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Shred the cabbage and place half of it in a greased casserole dish.
  2. 2 Add half of the sliced potatoes and half of the hamburger, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Repeat the layers with the remaining cabbage, potatoes, and hamburger.
  4. 4 Pour the milk over the top and bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
