Baked Hamburger Potato Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 3 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Shred the cabbage and place half of it in a greased casserole dish.
- 2 Add half of the sliced potatoes and half of the hamburger, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3 Repeat the layers with the remaining cabbage, potatoes, and hamburger.
- 4 Pour the milk over the top and bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
