Baked Ham And Bread Crumb Patties
Ingredients
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- milk
- 2 cups cooked ham
- 1 chopped onion (optional)
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 cold hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)
- bread crumbs for topping
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Mix bread crumbs moistened with a little milk and cooked ham thoroughly.
- 2 Add chopped onion if desired, along with salt and pepper to season highly.
- 3 Place mixture in gem pans.
- 4 Either break an egg over each patty or sprinkle with chopped hard-boiled egg.
- 5 Scatter crumbs on top and add bits of butter.
- 6 Bake until browned carefully.
