Baked Halibut With Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs halibut
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp Crisco
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Method
- 1 Clean the fish and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Dredge the fish in flour.
- 3 Place the fish in a baking pan greased with Crisco.
- 4 Pour tomatoes over the fish and dot with additional Crisco.
- 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F), basting often.
