Baked Gruyere Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • raw potatoes
  • pepper
  • salt
  • flour
  • grated Gruyère cheese

Method

  1. 1 Wash, peel, and thinly slice raw potatoes.
  2. 2 Layer potatoes in an oven-safe dish, sprinkling each layer with pepper, salt, a little flour, and plenty of grated Gruyère. Finish with a layer of cheese and a little flour.
  3. 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 30 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through.
