Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 lb sugar
  • 6 oz ground rice
  • lemon or almond flavoring

Method

  1. 1 Beat the eggs slightly, then add the sugar and ground rice, beating well to combine.
  2. 2 Grease and warm a tin mold, then pour the mixture in, filling it only halfway.
  3. 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 1 hour.
