Baked Ground Rice Pudding Mold
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 lb sugar
- 6 oz ground rice
- lemon or almond flavoring
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs slightly, then add the sugar and ground rice, beating well to combine.
- 2 Grease and warm a tin mold, then pour the mixture in, filling it only halfway.
- 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 1 hour.
