Baked Ground Rice Almond Cake
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground rice
- 1/4 lb castor sugar
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 2 oz sweet and bitter ground almonds mixed
Method
- 1 Mix the almonds with the ground rice, adding the sugar and well-beaten eggs.
- 2 Beat all ingredients together thoroughly.
- 3 Pour into a buttered mould and bake in a moderately hot oven (350°F) until set.
