Baked Ground Rice Almond Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground rice
  • 1/4 lb castor sugar
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 oz sweet and bitter ground almonds mixed

Method

  1. 1 Mix the almonds with the ground rice, adding the sugar and well-beaten eggs.
  2. 2 Beat all ingredients together thoroughly.
  3. 3 Pour into a buttered mould and bake in a moderately hot oven (350°F) until set.
