  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Butter, sugar, cream, or molasses for serving

Method

  1. 1 Cut corn through the grain and scrape kernels off the cob with the back of a knife.
  2. 2 Whisk milk, eggs, flour, and salt to form a smooth batter.
  3. 3 Stir in the corn and beat well until the mixture pours easily.
  4. 4 Grease a baking pan, pour in the mixture, and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
