Baked Fruit And Cinnamon Tortilla Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 medium peach, pear, or apple
  • 6 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Milk for brushing
  • Sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Warm tortillas in microwave or oven to make them pliable.
  2. 2 Peel and chop the fruit into small pieces.
  3. 3 Place fruit on half of each tortilla.
  4. 4 Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over fruit.
  5. 5 Roll up tortillas starting from the fruit end.
  6. 6 Place on greased baking sheet, slash tops, brush with milk, and sprinkle with sugar.
