  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 egg whites

Method

  1. 1 Beat the egg yolks with milk and salt until combined.
  2. 2 Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3 Gently fold the whites into the yolk mixture.
  4. 4 Pour into a frying pan and cook until the bottom sets.
  5. 5 Transfer to a 350°F oven and bake until golden brown.
