Baked French Omelette
Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 egg whites
Method
- 1 Beat the egg yolks with milk and salt until combined.
- 2 Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 3 Gently fold the whites into the yolk mixture.
- 4 Pour into a frying pan and cook until the bottom sets.
- 5 Transfer to a 350°F oven and bake until golden brown.
