Baked Fish With Butter Milk Sauce
Ingredients
- fish fillets
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ cup milk
- chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Brush a baking pan with drippings.
- 2 Place fish skin side down in the pan.
- 3 Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, and flour.
- 4 Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter and ½ cup milk over the fish.
- 5 Bake in a 425°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
- 6 Transfer to a hot platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve.
