  • 4 4-ounce white fish fillets (cod or perch)
  • 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • Aluminum foil (10x12 inch squares)

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. 2 Place fish fillets in the center of aluminum foil squares.
  3. 3 Mix frozen vegetables and diced onion; spoon around the fillets.
