Baked Escalloped Potatoes With Milk

- butter
- flour
- rich milk
- salt

Method
- 1 Butter a baking dish.
- 2 Layer sliced potatoes, dredging each layer with flour and adding bits of butter, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Pour rich milk over the potatoes until the dish is full.
