Baked Escalloped Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- butter, for greasing dish
- cracker crumbs
- canned corn
- salt
- pepper
- butter, in bits
- milk
Method
- 1 Grease a baking dish with butter and add a layer of cracker crumbs.
- 2 Add a layer of canned corn, seasoning with salt, pepper, and bits of butter.
- 3 Repeat layers until the dish is full, ending with a top layer of cracker crumbs.
- 4 Pour in enough milk to fill the dish.
- 5 Bake for 45 minutes.
