Baked Eggs With Boiling Cream
Ingredients
- 1 small lump butter
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup boiling cream
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a shallow baking dish.
- 2 Carefully break six eggs into the dish.
- 3 Pour 1/3 cup boiling cream over the eggs.
- 4 Bake in a very quick oven (425°F) for 2-3 minutes until whites are set.
- 5 Serve immediately in the baking dish.
