Ingredients

  • 1 small lump butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup boiling cream

Method

  1. 1 Melt butter in a shallow baking dish.
  2. 2 Carefully break six eggs into the dish.
  3. 3 Pour 1/3 cup boiling cream over the eggs.
  4. 4 Bake in a very quick oven (425°F) for 2-3 minutes until whites are set.
  5. 5 Serve immediately in the baking dish.
