Baked Eggs On Toast
Ingredients
- toast slices
- grated cheese
- milk
- eggs
Method
- 1 Hollow out the center of toast slices slightly.
- 2 Mix grated cheese with milk to form a paste and spread over the toast.
- 3 Place toast in a baking dish, break an egg over each slice, and sprinkle with more cheese.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until the eggs are set.
