  • bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Grease deep scallop shells.
  2. 2 Mix bread crumbs with chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Dust shells with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. 4 Place an egg in each shell and sprinkle with remaining breadcrumb mixture.
