Baked Eggs In Scalloped Shells
Ingredients
- eggs
- bread crumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Grease deep scallop shells.
- 2 Mix bread crumbs with chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Dust shells with the breadcrumb mixture.
- 4 Place an egg in each shell and sprinkle with remaining breadcrumb mixture.
- 5 Bake in a brisk oven (400°F) until eggs are set.
