Baked Eggs In Ham Crumb Cups
Ingredients
- 8 oz lean boiled ham, minced
- 8 oz cracker crumbs
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
- Butter, for seasoning
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix minced ham and cracker crumbs.
- 2 Moisten the mixture slightly and spread it over a platter.
- 3 Scoop out four round holes, each large enough for an egg.
- 4 Drop one egg into each hole and season with salt, cayenne, and butter.
- 5 Bake until eggs are cooked to your liking and serve immediately.
