Baked Eggs In Green Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 1 slice buttered toast
- 1 egg
Method
- 1 Cut a thin slice from the stem end of a green pepper and remove the seeds.
- 2 Cut a slice from the smaller end so the pepper stands straight, then place it on a slice of buttered toast.
- 3 Make a small hollow in the toast under the pepper and break an egg into it.
- 4 Bake until the eggs are set.
