Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 slice buttered toast
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. 1 Cut a thin slice from the stem end of a green pepper and remove the seeds.
  2. 2 Cut a slice from the smaller end so the pepper stands straight, then place it on a slice of buttered toast.
  3. 3 Make a small hollow in the toast under the pepper and break an egg into it.
  4. 4 Bake until the eggs are set.
