Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tsp castor sugar
  • flavoring essence

Method

  1. 1 Beat egg yolks with sugar and flavoring essence in a bowl.
  2. 2 Whip egg whites until stiff, then gently fold into the yolk mixture.
  3. 3 Pour into a greased omelet pan and bake in a 400°F oven for 3 minutes until pale brown.
  4. 4 Slide onto a hot plate, fold over, and serve immediately.
