Baked Egg White Souffle
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tsp castor sugar
- flavoring essence
Method
- 1 Beat egg yolks with sugar and flavoring essence in a bowl.
- 2 Whip egg whites until stiff, then gently fold into the yolk mixture.
- 3 Pour into a greased omelet pan and bake in a 400°F oven for 3 minutes until pale brown.
- 4 Slide onto a hot plate, fold over, and serve immediately.
