Baked Egg Soufflé

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling milk
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon cold milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Beat the egg yolks with the melted butter.
  2. 2 Stir in the boiling milk.
  3. 3 Wet the flour in a little cold milk and add to the mixture.
  4. 4 Fold in the beaten egg whites and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5 Bake for 20 minutes.
