Baked Egg Soufflé
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling milk
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon cold milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Beat the egg yolks with the melted butter.
- 2 Stir in the boiling milk.
- 3 Wet the flour in a little cold milk and add to the mixture.
- 4 Fold in the beaten egg whites and season with salt and pepper.
- 5 Bake for 20 minutes.
