Baked Egg Custine
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Beat the egg whites and yolks separately until very stiff.
- 2 Lightly stir the whites and yolks together.
- 3 Add the milk, cornstarch, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- 4 Pour into a buttered pudding dish and bake until set.
- 5 Serve immediately.
