Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Beat the egg whites and yolks separately until very stiff.
  2. 2 Lightly stir the whites and yolks together.
  3. 3 Add the milk, cornstarch, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
  4. 4 Pour into a buttered pudding dish and bake until set.
  5. 5 Serve immediately.
