Baked Egg Custard Souffle
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 tsp butter
- salt to taste
- 6 egg whites
Method
- 1 Boil the milk in a saucepan.
- 2 Stir in the well-beaten egg yolks until the mixture thickens.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in butter and salt.
- 4 Fold in the well-beaten egg whites.
- 5 Bake for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 350°F.
