Baked Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon melted Crisco
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Beat eggs well, then add milk and beat again.
- 2 Mix cornstarch with water, then add to egg mixture along with melted Crisco and seasonings.
- 3 Pour into a greased fireproof dish and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 15 minutes.
- 4 Serve hot.
