Baked Egg And Leftover Cups
Ingredients
- butter
- eggs
- minced meat, fish, seasoned crumbs, creamed vegetables, or other leftovers
- cream, milk, or water (if needed)
- breadcrumbs
- grated cheese
- minced parsley
Method
- 1 Butter ramekins or custard cups.
- 2 Fill cups halfway with minced meat, fish, seasoned crumbs, creamed vegetables, or other leftovers. If too dry, moisten with cream, milk, or water.
- 3 Drop an egg into each cup. Sprinkle with crumbs, dot with butter, and add grated cheese and minced parsley if desired.
- 4 Place in a hot oven (425°F) until the egg is set.
