Baked Custard Puddings

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 2 ¼ cups milk
  • ¾ cup cream
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Method

  1. 1 Beat four eggs until very light.
  2. 2 Make a batter using 1 ½ cups flour, 2 ¼ cups milk, and ¾ cup cream.
  3. 3 Pour in the beaten eggs and beat all ingredients together well.
  4. 4 Stir in 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  5. 5 Grease shallow pans or cups and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. 6 Serve with sauce, sugar, cream, and nutmeg.
