Baked Custard Puddings
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 2 ¼ cups milk
- ¾ cup cream
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Method
- 1 Beat four eggs until very light.
- 2 Make a batter using 1 ½ cups flour, 2 ¼ cups milk, and ¾ cup cream.
- 3 Pour in the beaten eggs and beat all ingredients together well.
- 4 Stir in 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- 5 Grease shallow pans or cups and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 6 Serve with sauce, sugar, cream, and nutmeg.
