Baked Creamed Corn
Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup cream or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- 1 Rinse the canned corn in a sieve under running water.
- 2 Place the corn in a shallow baking dish.
- 3 Add butter, cream or milk, salt, and pepper.
- 4 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until the top is browned.
- 5 Serve directly in the baking dish.
