  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Method

  1. 1 Rinse the canned corn in a sieve under running water.
  2. 2 Place the corn in a shallow baking dish.
  3. 3 Add butter, cream or milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until the top is browned.
