Baked Crab Stuffed In Shell
Ingredients
- 1 large crab, meat picked and chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped fine
- cracker crumbs
- soup stock
- butter
Method
- 1 Chop the crab meat and mix with chopped green peppers and cracker crumbs.
- 2 Add enough soup stock to moisten the mixture and season to taste.
- 3 Clean the crab shell and layer the mixture inside, adding pieces of butter between layers until full.
- 4 Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
