Baked Crab Stuffed In Shell

Ingredients

  • 1 large crab, meat picked and chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped fine
  • cracker crumbs
  • soup stock
  • butter

Method

  1. 1 Chop the crab meat and mix with chopped green peppers and cracker crumbs.
  2. 2 Add enough soup stock to moisten the mixture and season to taste.
  3. 3 Clean the crab shell and layer the mixture inside, adding pieces of butter between layers until full.
  4. 4 Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
