Baked Crab And Ham Casserole
Ingredients
- butter for greasing pan
- seasoned crab meat
- finely chopped cooked ham
- breadcrumbs
- butter for dotting
- sufficient stock to moisten
Method
- 1 Butter a baking pan. Add a layer of seasoned crab meat to the bottom.
- 2 Add a layer of finely chopped cooked ham, then a layer of breadcrumbs.
- 3 Dot with butter and repeat layers until the dish is full, ending with crumbs and butter on top.
- 4 Add sufficient stock to moisten the dish.
- 5 Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven (350°F).
